At Cashflow Breakfast Club, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns
1.1 Return Period: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
1.2 Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
2.1 Initiate a Return: To start a return, please complete the contact form on the website. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2.2 Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refunds
4.1 Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
